There is no such thing. The idea of an actual GPM line plot is based on the belief that a goal always leads to its opposition. There ain’t such a thing as ‘earlier goals being dramatized’, there is only one particular goal being pursued in the present time. Earlier goals may exist as memory, but not as actualization. There may be opposition but not necessarily from the same being. There are actual goals and the possible resistance to those from other beings with goals. There are three scenarios: goals supporting other goals, goals countering other goals and goals not affecting other goals.
The subject of goals is in fact the same subject as the ‘dynamic principle of existence’ or the basic motivation of a being. The basic motivation of a being was precisely identified by Nietzsche, it is the Will to Power [refer ethics conditions] and this may be the one goal that all beings have in common, regardless of the individualized versions of this basic goal.
So you are saying LRH is wrong when he says actual goals are the road to OT? You do understand the word “actual” refers to goals pc or pre-ot has made along the track that were his own goals, not implanted? Of course they were opposed if one has a GPM. Possibly not every goal a thetan was made became opposed, but then there would be no charge on it, correct?
Who cares about past goals? It is the present goal that counts, the past does not exist.
You could consider that charge is the resistance a thetan experiences from others opposing or disagreeing with their goal. Life could be considered the process of dealing with the concomitant problems.
LRH dropped the whole subject of ‘actual’ GPMs somewhere between 1964-1966 or around that time. It was not part of the 1968 standardization of the tech, only implanted GPMs were to be run. The actual GPMs remain as part of LRH’s research track.
There are goals and means. A body is usually a means, not a goal. What remains of course is that thetans do pursue goals and I think the basic goal for all thetans is the goal to increase their power. This then would manifest as a multitude of individuated goals. And even though a being could play chess with themselves mocking up counter goals. There is no real need for that as there is plenty of other thetans having other and counter goals, which is all part of the game of life. In the present the thetan is operating on an actual goal and that’s what counts and who cares about past goals she had.
