From this it can be clearly seen that a ‘static’ cannot be cause of dynamic life, as life is energy and motion, which is by definition unavailable in a static.
There exist no such things. Truth is objective truth, as found in mathematics, if it is true it is true for everyone. Subjective ‘truth’ is belief, opinion, speculation, interpretation in other words variable. Lies are self created truths. Truth is not a creation.
Volume II of ‘Critique of Pure Scientology’ is in the making. It will complement and take up several subjects which have not been adequately covered in the first volume. It will also present an exciting alternative that does away with all the nonsense in Scientology and yet preserves what was valuable.
So far no Scientologist or ex-scientologist has been able to disapprove the main tenets of the Critique.
Life is energy, is motion and is also in-formation. Life is mind and soul and always in motion. The motion is expressed by thought in the mental sphere. All this occurs both in and outside of spacetime. Everything is in motion whether in the physical world or in the mental world.
Theta in Scientology is defined as life energy, thought, spirit, soul even divine energy and it is also surprisingly defined as ‘static’. The latter was perhaps Hubbard’s biggest goof, as thought, everyone who has ever tried to do TR 0 knows, is all but static.
Hubbard believed that everything not in spacetime must be devoid of motion. If Hubbard were right and life were static, how could it ever communicate with MEST which is all motion?
A zero dimensional, infinite energy unit, capable of producing subjective spacetime and contributing some of its internal energy to the physical universe, also known as a monad, or singularity.
Earlier this term was defined as a static, denying its internal energy or motion. It was also limited to space production and omitted time. The corrected definition incorporates theta as life energy which is not physical and not produced by the thetan but is an intrinsic part of its mathematical zero/infinity constitution. That life energy can then be transformed into physical energy which is a collective product of all thetans. It also modernizes the definition to include the Einsteinian concept of spacetime.
Hubbard said Reality is agreed upon Isness. Isness is an apparency, not actual. [Actual means: Existing in reality and not potential, possible, simulated, or false.] In the East such isness is called Maya.
Vinaire says Reality = IS-NESS. Reality (is-ness, maya) improves as alter-isness is removed. That is the whole idea of handling anomalies. Resolving anomalies amounts to removing alter-is-ness. If one removes all alter-is-ness from reality one gets as-is-ness and reality disappears. ref. Axiom 11.
Hegel said “The rational is real, and the real is rational”. If that is so then Reality=Reason=Theta.
Who is right?
Scientology has been promoted as the road to total freedom. Total freedom is even theoretically an impossibility.
Freedom can only be defined against a frame of constraints. You are not free to change your own nature, not to be who you are, you are not free to un-will, what you will.
Absolute freedom is freely suspended in pure ethereal air, it is an idea, not even mathematically possible. Even infinity needs a zero container. There are only degrees of freedom. It’s like the absolute vacuum, not attainable. Even scientology’s own logic forbids it.

Let’s take up the first and the second:
1. Before the beginning was a Cause and the entire purpose of the cause was the creation of effect.
2. In the beginning and forever is the decision and the decision is TO BE.
From this we can see that the first effect that was created, was the beginning. We also see that a Cause existed to effect this beginning. The second factor provides a non sequitur. ‘TO BE’ means to exist but existence was already in existence at the time of the creation of the first effect. Furthermore it was a decision, which implies that the decision might have turned out NOT TO BE.
If there is a decision, a decision maker must exist. This anonymous decision maker, theoretically could have decided NOT TO BE as the creation of an effect according to Factor 1. This would have to be the case in order for it to then change its mind and decide TO BE. The problem with this explanation is however that the decision TO BE is forever.
Exercise for scientologists: Find the author’s misunderstood!
From a lofty viewpoint what really motivates us can be described as follows:
If we compare life to a game of chess, we might have the following scenario. There is a static board which is the spacetime Cartesian grid and there are invisible static rules. Then there are players usually two and sixteen white pieces and sixteen black pieces. The two players are clusters of invisible thetans or souls. There is a cluster called white and one called black. These thetans are mathematical functions*, which is to say they have thought energy of a limitless potential. Each of the thetans operates one of the pieces, coordinated by the thetan in charge of the respective cluster. Part of that mathematical thought energy, in the lower frequencies, they share and that makes the board and the pieces solid. The pieces are the energy particles and configurations they play with.
The purpose of the game is for all participants to reach gnosis and to continue to play until every aspect and combinations in and of the game have been completely understood, which is the apotheosis. They learn to become God, by overcoming Satan, in the form of the opponent’s king, every time, in each iteration of the game, eventually being able to re-program the game itself.
